Return Process

  Sleep on It

  We require a minimum 14-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new support levels of the Puffy mattress.

• 2.
  Initiate a Return

  If you decide the mattress isn't for you within your 101-night trial, simply contact our support team via email or phone to start the process.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling facility to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the mattress has been successfully picked up and the donation receipt is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
